Frequently asked questions
Is the game playable offline?
Yes. The Endless Trail is designed to work fully offline after installation. No account or internet connection is required to play.
Where is my save data stored?
Progress is saved locally on your device. We do not sync saves to a cloud server. If you delete the app or clear its data, local saves may be lost.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you bought the full game and need to restore it on a new device or after reinstalling:
- Open the app and go to the purchase or unlock screen, or
- Use Restore purchases if shown in the app or purchase flow.
If restore does not work, email us with the Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase and proof of receipt if available.
The app crashes or won't open
Try force-quitting the app and restarting your device. Ensure iOS is up to date. If the problem continues, contact us with your device model, iOS version, and app version (see above).
Do you collect my personal data?
No. We do not collect personal data through the game. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I request deletion of data?
The game does not create online accounts or store personal data on our servers. To remove local save data, delete the app from your device or clear the app's storage in iOS Settings. If you have a specific request, email us with the subject line Data request.
